See above programs for kickoff information.

Walk/Run Program

RUN365 is excited to offer a Run/Walk Program that is based on a very popular and proven method. Our coaches and pacers will teach you how to reduce fatigue by using a running and walking together to reach your half marathon or marathon goals. In simplified terms, Run/Walk has you run a short segment and then take a walk break, and you repeat this pattern for the duration of your training run. As you progress with your training, the run segments will become longer and the walk segments will become shorter. It may surprise you, but this very strategic tool actually decreases your finish time, and runners have actually been able to shorten their finish time by as much as 10 – 15 mins.

Walk/Run Pace Groups Offered: 10:00 min/mile to 13:00 min/mile

18-Week: Train for the Full or Half Marathon – You must be able to Run/Walk 6 miles when program begins.
12-Week: Train for the Half Marathon – You must be able to Run/Walk 6 miles when program begins.
8-Week: Train for 5k – This does not require prior training.

Weekly Training Schedule

RUN365 offers three group runs/workouts per week in four Bay Area locations. Meet-ups are led by certified coaches and weekend long runs are guided by a pacer. The following is an example of what a typical week may look like:
